  • Do you take insurance?
    No, I do not currently accept insurance, but a variety of payment plans are available!
  • What do we talk about in our sessions?
    This is going to vary person to person based on your goals & the challenges you face, but some topics that come up often include: - How to break the restrict-binge cycle - Increasing energy - Building balanced meals & snacks - Meal planning/prepping and recipe ideas - Metabolism - Nutrition myth busting - Hunger and fullness cues - Fitness goals - Fueling for workouts - Digestion - Sleep and stress management and much more!
  • What if I want to lose weight?
    I totally understand the desire to lose weight, as society puts this pressure on us to look a certain way. However, this program is designed to focus on creating healthy habits while maintaining/improving a good relationship with food, which is hard to do when solely focusing on weight loss. I don't expect you to completely get rid of this desire before working together, but to be open to learning about another approach. The goal is to find a weight that you can maintain without extreme dieting/restriction or over exercising. You may lose weight, gain weight, or maintain - it is very dependent on your history and current nutrition and exercise habits.
  • Do you provide meal plans?
    I do not provide specific meal plans that tell you exactly what to eat, but I do have resources to help with meal planning, meal prep, and a ton of recipe ideas! Ultimately, the goal is for you to be confident in doing all of this yourself when we are done working together so you don't have to rely on someone telling you what to eat forever!
