HELLO, I'M HANNAH

Registered Dietitian and Certified Personal Trainer

As a former college athlete, I have first hand experience knowing what it’s like to struggle with food, disordered eating and body image, while also trying to fuel for performance and navigate life. After my collegiate basketball career came to an end, I was completely lost. I had no idea how to workout without someone telling me what to do, how to fuel my body, what I wanted to do as a career, and who I was outside of being an athlete.

 

Searching for my worth in other worldly things, I became obsessed with food & fitness for all the wrong reasons. This is what led me to go back to school to become a dietitian and get my master's in exercise science/sports nutrition. While my motives weren't great to start out, I wouldn't change my journey for anything because it led me to where I am today, using my past struggles to help others.

 

After my own ups and downs with food and exercise - I’m talking about restricting food, obsessing over macro counting & exercise to burn calories, and having food consume the majority of my thoughts, I found a new path.  I found my identity in Christ, and I discovered a way to eat and fuel in an intuitive way that allowed me to still eat what I loved, stop obsessing over food and calories, but still push myself in the gym and fuel for my fitness goals.

 

Now, I want to help you do the same thing. I have merged my two passions in nutrition - sports/fitness nutrition and food freedom - to create a program for women just like you who are looking to ditch diets for good and learn how to fuel & move your body in a way that makes you feel your best mentally AND physically.

Guiding principles in my approach to nutrition.....

I believe nutrition and exercise are meant to be things that helps you live your life to the fullest, not the things you life your life for.

I believe in focusing on what you can ADD to your life to create healthier habits, not take away.

I believe nutrition & fitness don't have to be all or nothing. Sustainability > Perfection
